Delivery & Redemption Policy

1. Delivery Method
TicketsGator delivers all orders digitally. After your purchase is authorized, we email a park voucher to the email address used at checkout. We do not ship physical tickets, plastic cards, or printed media. There are no shipping or handling fees.
2. Delivery Timing
Within 1 hour during business hours (9am–9pm ET), and within 24 hours outside business hours.
Our support team operates 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET, every day. Orders placed during business hours are typically delivered within minutes; orders placed outside business hours are queued and delivered as soon as the next support shift begins, and always within 24 hours of authorization.
If your order is held for fraud review you will receive a separate notification. Held orders are reviewed within the same SLA window as standard orders.
3. Voucher Validity Period
The secure download link in your voucher email expires 7 days after delivery. The voucher itself remains valid for the date selected at purchase (or, for any-day tickets, within the validity window stated on the product page). If your link expires before you redeem, contact us at support@ticketsgator.io and we will reissue it free of charge.
4. If Your Voucher Does Not Arrive
If you have not received your voucher within the SLA window:
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. The sender is orders@ticketsgator.io.
- Add orders@ticketsgator.io and support@ticketsgator.io to your safe senders list.
- Email support@ticketsgator.io with your order number, or call 407-279-0892. We will resend the voucher to the address on file or to a corrected address you provide.

5. How to Redeem at the Park
Customers receive a digital voucher by email after purchase. The voucher is exchanged for park admission at the attraction's ticket window or via the attraction's official app, depending on the park.
Customers should not expect a direct Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, or LEGOLAND barcode that scans at the gate turnstile — the redemption flow is voucher-to-ticket at the point of entry.
Each product page describes the specific redemption flow for that attraction (ticket window vs. official app). Bring a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order, in case the attraction asks to verify the ticket purchaser.
6. Export Restrictions
Tickets sold by TicketsGator are valid only at the specified Florida-based attraction and must be redeemed in person at the venue. We do not ship physical goods internationally. Customers worldwide may purchase, but redemption requires physical presence at the United States venue.
Tickets have no monetary value outside the venue and cannot be cashed in, transferred for cash, or used at any non-Florida attraction.
