Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Theme park tickets sold through TicketsGator are date-specific, digitally fulfilled, and delivered instantly via email. Because tickets are issued immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned to inventory, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered except as specifically described below.
2. When We Will Refund or Replace
We will issue a full refund or replacement ticket in the following circumstances:
- Scan failure: Your ticket does not scan at the park entrance due to a technical error on our part, and the issue cannot be resolved on-site.
- Wrong ticket delivered: You received the wrong ticket type or a ticket for the wrong date that does not match your order confirmation.
- Non-delivery: Your order was successfully charged but no ticket was delivered to your email within 2 hours of purchase.
To request a resolution under any of these conditions, email support@ticketsgator.io within 24 hours of the issue. Include your order number and a description of the problem.
3. Park Closures
If a theme park closes entirely on your ticketed date due to circumstances beyond the park's control (severe weather, emergency, or other force majeure events), TicketsGator will work with our supply partner on your behalf to seek a resolution. However, we cannot guarantee a refund in these cases, as it is subject to the policies of the park and our ticket supplier. We will communicate all available options to you as promptly as possible.
4. Date Changes
We do not offer date changes after ticket delivery. If you need a ticket for a different date, you will need to purchase a new ticket. Any-day tickets (where applicable) are exempt from this restriction and may be used on any valid date within their stated validity window.
5. Fraudulent Chargebacks
Chargebacks filed against valid, delivered orders will be disputed. We maintain comprehensive records including order details, delivery confirmation timestamps, IP addresses, and fraud screening evidence. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from purchasing through TicketsGator, and we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
