1. Introduction

TicketsGator.io is operated by TicketsGator, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By accessing or using this website and purchasing tickets through our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or purchase tickets.

2. About Our Service

TicketsGator is an authorized reseller of theme park tickets. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, LEGOLAND Florida, or any other theme park. Tickets sold through TicketsGator are official tickets purchased through authorized supply channels and are identical to tickets available at the gate.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase on TicketsGator.io. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on TicketsGator.io are our resale prices and are subject to change without notice until an order is completed. Prices may differ from gate prices or prices offered by other resellers. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable Florida sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Order Process

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed. E-tickets are delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 30 minutes of purchase. Delivery may be delayed if your order is flagged for fraud review, in which case we will notify you via email.

6. All Sales Final

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the limited circumstances described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

7. Ticket Use

Tickets purchased through TicketsGator are for personal use only. Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain. All tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing park. Park rules, operating hours, ride availability, and admission policies are determined solely by the parks and are subject to change without notice. TicketsGator has no control over park operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

TicketsGator is not responsible for: park closures or reduced hours; ride or attraction unavailability; weather events or natural disasters; changes to park operations, policies, or pricing; lost or stolen tickets after delivery; or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or tickets purchased through us. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order in question.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure beyond our obligation to deliver valid tickets as described at the time of purchase.

All content on TicketsGator.io, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software code, is the property of TicketsGator and is protected by United States copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission from TicketsGator.

11. Fraud Prevention

We employ both automated and manual fraud detection measures to protect our customers and business. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, without liability, and to report suspected fraudulent activity to law enforcement authorities.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. You waive any right to a trial by jury and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, not as part of any class or representative action.
