Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 31, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how TicketsGator.io ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or make a purchase. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and complying with applicable laws, including the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) and applicable federal privacy regulations.
2. Information We Collect
When you use our site or make a purchase, we may collect the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Billing address
- IP address
- Browser type and device information
- Purchase history and order details
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers). We do store the last four digits of the card used for an order.
- Fraud-check information recorded when you place an order: the IP address the order was placed from, a device fingerprint generated by our fraud-screening provider, and the resulting risk score. We also record the IP address and browser user agent at the moment our policies are accepted at checkout.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your ticket orders
- Send transactional emails, including order confirmations and ticket delivery
- Detect and prevent fraud
- Improve our website functionality and user experience through analytics
- Send promotional or marketing emails if you have opted in to receive them
- Respond to customer support inquiries
4. Analytics and Tracking
The tools below run on every page of this site. Each entry describes what the tool does and what it stores in your browser. This list is a factual description of what our site loads, and it is kept in step with the code.
- Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-5FHLQPC409): records page views and interaction events, including scrolling, product-list views, product views, and checkout steps. Sets the
_gaand_ga_5FHLQPC409cookies on ticketsgator.io. - Google Ads and DoubleClick (Google Ads ID GT-MQRD2PDV): our Google Analytics property is linked to our Google Ads account, and every page also sends a request to stats.g.doubleclick.net. On ticket pages we send the product being viewed to Google Ads. This supports conversion measurement and remarketing for our advertising.
- Meta Pixel (ID 1669062894088757): records page views and purchases for our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Sets the
_fbpcookie on ticketsgator.io; Meta sets anfrcookie on facebook.com. - Meta Conversions API: when an order completes, our server sends that purchase to Meta directly, in addition to the browser-side Pixel event. That message contains your email address, phone number and name in SHA-256 hashed form, together with your IP address and browser user agent, which are not hashed.
- Microsoft Clarity (project ID vzk0mrncmt): session recording and usability analytics, described in the Session Recording section of our Cookie Policy. Sets
_clckand_clskon ticketsgator.io. Microsoft also sets anMUIDidentifier on clarity.ms and on bing.com, so a session on this site is associated with a Microsoft advertising identifier. Our site additionally passes the Google Analytics client ID into Clarity, which allows a Clarity session to be matched to the corresponding Google Analytics record. - ClickCease (loaded from ob.brilliantlocco.com): click-fraud detection for our paid advertising. It runs on every page, sends data to obs.brilliantlocco.com, and sets three cookies on ticketsgator.io:
_cq_duid,_cq_suidand_cq_session. These are first-party cookies, so browser settings that block third-party cookies do not affect them. - Vercel Web Analytics: page-level traffic measurement provided by the platform that hosts this site.
We also store a record of how you arrived at the site — advertising click identifiers, campaign parameters from the address you arrived on, the first page you landed on, and the referring website — in your browser under tg_attribution. If you begin a checkout, that record is sent to us with your order or with an abandoned-cart record.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Microsoft describes its Clarity data practices in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
5. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third-party service providers as necessary to operate our business:
- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card transactions securely.
- Supabase: Secure database storage for order and account data.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery (order confirmations, ticket delivery).
- Google: Analytics and advertising services (Google Analytics, Google Ads, DoubleClick).
- Meta: Advertising conversion tracking, both in your browser and from our server.
- Microsoft: Session recording and usability analytics through Microsoft Clarity, which is associated with a Microsoft advertising identifier.
- ClickCease: Click-fraud detection for our paid advertising.
- MaxMind: Fraud screening at checkout, which produces the device fingerprint and risk score described in section 2.
- Vercel: Website hosting and page-level traffic measurement.
Each of these services maintains its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We encourage you to review their policies.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers, encrypted database storage, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law.
Payment card data is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor (the highest compliance level defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council). TicketsGator does not store, transmit, or have access to full credit card numbers; all card data is captured directly by Stripe's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.
7. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@ticketsgator.io and we will take steps to delete such information.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@ticketsgator.io. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
9. Data Retention
We retain order records and customer data for 7 years for legal compliance, tax reporting, and dispute resolution purposes. After this retention period, data is securely deleted.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was most recently revised. Your continued use of TicketsGator.io after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, contact us at support@ticketsgator.io.
