Question 1

When will I receive my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Your park voucher is emailed within 1 hour during business hours (9am–9pm ET), and within 24 hours outside business hours. No printing required. At the park, you exchange this voucher for your ticket at the ticket window or guest services first, then enter with that ticket.

Question 2

Are these valid park tickets?

Accepted Answer

TicketsGator is an authorized reseller of Orlando theme park tickets. Your tickets are valid for park entry.

Question 3

Can I change my date after purchasing?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the ticket type. A dated ticket is for the date you select — for a different date you'd purchase a new ticket. An Any-Day ticket can be used on any operating day within its validity window, so there's nothing to change.

Question 4

Is there a booking fee?

Accepted Answer

Never. We add no booking fees and no service charges — the ticket price you see is our price. Florida sales tax is added at checkout, shown as its own line before you pay.

Question 5

What if I need tickets for a large group?

Accepted Answer

For groups of 10 or more, contact us about a group booking. We handle school trips, corporate outings, and family reunions.
