Your park voucher is emailed within 1 hour during business hours (9am–9pm ET), and within 24 hours outside business hours. No printing required. At the park, you exchange this voucher for your ticket at the ticket window or guest services first, then enter with that ticket.

Are these official park tickets?

Yes. TicketsGator™ is an authorized reseller. Your tickets are fully valid for park entry and identical to tickets purchased directly from the park — just at a lower price.

Can I change my date after purchasing?

It depends on the ticket type. A dated ticket is for the date you select — for a different date you'd purchase a new ticket. An Any-Day ticket can be used on any operating day within its validity window, so there's nothing to change.

Is there a booking fee?

Never. We add no booking fees and no service charges — the ticket price you see is our price. Florida sales tax is added at checkout, shown as its own line before you pay.

What if I need tickets for a large group?

For groups of 10 or more, contact us for group rates. We handle school trips, corporate outings, and family reunions.
